Project Bridal Binder

I got married! On a beautiful, windy, bright day in March of 2019, to my love of 6 years. I’ve never felt so much love in my life, with this roomful of hearts cheering us on. There was not a dry eye in the house as our friend Heddy officiated the most loving, personal ceremony I could’ve imagined. My brother-in-law made the most beautiful chuppah, my friend Leah made an incredible cake, we ate a tableful of mezze (well, our guests did…) and danced salsa until our feet fell off. Also people threw pompoms at us. #texanjewishsalsawedding

Leading up to the event, my mom and sister threw me the low-key-iest of bridal showers and made me a recipe book featuring everyone’s favorites. Thanks guys! I’ve made it my mission to make and blog every single one of these recipes by my first wedding anniversary – March 16, 2020. I’m writing this in May 2019, where I have not yet done 10 of them. So, we’ll see how this goes. Any recipe on this site that ends with a “#/67” — that’s one from the book. #projectbridalbinder, let’s do this!
